All manuscripts should be saved as a Word File and in English language.

Currently to avoid spam you will have to submit a contact form with an abstract and your contact information for initial review. If our editorial team wish to move forward they will contact you for submission of the full paper.

All papers should be formated in Chicago Manual of Style, 17th edition (example guide here). Papers will be double space, normal margins, in a legible font. Notes must be numbered consecutively from the beginning with Arabic numerals in end note format, not footnotes. 

Any illustrations must be submitted as PDF, JPG/JPEG, PNG or TIFF. Please ensure proper citations for any images attached to your document. 

By submitting a work to Hasegawa Shoutai with intention of being hosted on our site, it is assumed that the author willingly transfers any copyright to our organization. The author is free, however, to reprint and distribute as they see fit in their own work.
